2:00 a.m. in bed after a panel, and by 6:00 a.m. already all the way up for the next shoot. Yes, it’s true — the whole influencer world can seem strange, staged, and overly polished. But yes, it’s also true — some really work hard for their success. “Work” is the key word here, because Karolina “Karo” Kauer comes from the greater Stuttgart area — home of hardworking people.
Karo made something of herself. Achieved something. Built something. Achieved not just in terms of that ominous “reach” – the seemingly most important success metric of our time. Over half a million Insta followers. Her own fashion label. Jury member at Miss Germany. Planning her own café. Mom of two.
There’s a lot going on at Karo Kauer and her team — in the here and now, as well as looking ahead — and all of that needed to be shaped strategically. Creating clear structures and disciplines, setting guiding principles, all framed by a consistent brand design. Hi, Hochburg. In a first workshop, the foundation for the collaboration between the influencer and the agency was laid.
The shared sampling rate was in sync, mutual understanding developed — how does an influencer brand actually work, and what defines a personal brand? It all led to the presentation of the new corporate design, which will form the basis of our future collaboration. For even more of the Karo vibe, she gave us a tour through her headquarters and fashion warehouse, and showed us her upcoming gastro project at the Buntweberei. So there’s plenty to do again for the Karoverse. No problem — because we only crack open a beer on the Hochburg terrace once something’s been accomplished. FACT!
